The Night Owls - Choo Choo Ch'Boogie
The Night Owls debut CD featuring the original band lineup of Jim 'Django' Gritt, Pat Goodall, Tom French and Nipper. The band use ukulele to re-imagine the classic pop songs of the 1920s and 1930s. The download comes with a free song book so you can play along with The Night Owls. Nine of the songs are specially arranged for ukulele and voice.

These songs were recorded between 2006 and 2012 with the help of Brother Jon, members of The Night Owls and Ukulele Players from around the world. The album features an eclectic mix of ukulele songs from vintage jazz to pop and reggae. The first three songs are very much in line with The Night Owls vintage style and feature the last recordings from Jim 'Django' Gritt. The other five songs are more pop and reggae oriented.
